This policy describes information used by the Martinez Distributors wholesale ordering portal, including customer accounts, the product catalog, Quick Order links, order confirmations, reviews and customer messages. Other Martinez Distributors services may have different practices.

Depending on how you use the portal, information may include your name, business or customer number, contact details, sign-in credentials in protected form, account-verification details, order and fulfillment information, saved products, reviews, customer messages, and email-delivery records.
Our servers may also record technical information such as IP address, browser information, session identifiers, security events and activity needed to operate and protect the service.
This portal does not collect card details through its checkout; customer payment arrangements are handled separately.

We use information to verify and administer accounts, connect authorized users with their business accounts, show business-specific prices, process and fulfill orders, send requested links and confirmations, respond to messages, maintain product reviews, troubleshoot errors and protect access to the portal.

Use My Profile to review or update information available for self-service. We will review requests in light of identity, authorization and applicable requirements.
8. External links and map
The Contact page can load Google Maps if you choose to display the map. Google may receive information about your browser and visit when that external map loads. You can use the directions link instead; external services have their own privacy practices.
